Our standard pricing applies only to normal printable documents containing text and standard-quality images. PDF files consisting primarily or entirely of scanned images, screenshots, photocopied pages, or high-ink image content may not be accepted under normal printing rates and may be subject to different pricing or rejection.
Customers may receive automated emails, messages, or notifications regarding order confirmation, payment status, printing progress, delays, completion, and delivery or pickup details.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, delays may occur due to technical issues including but not limited to printer malfunctions, website downtime, internet problems, software errors, power outages, incorrect order codes, or other unforeseen operational issues. Rusma Photocopy Center shall not be held responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.
All customers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. Customers must not create accounts with false information, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse our services in any manner.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and quality of uploaded files before placing an order, including spelling, formatting, page size, margins, orientation, image quality, and number of copies.
Printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screens due to differences in monitors, printers, ink, and paper.
Payment may be required in advance before processing orders. Refunds will not be provided for customer-submitted errors, including incorrect files, formatting mistakes, spelling errors, or wrong order selections.
Orders may not be canceled once printing or processing has started.
Estimated completion and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. Customers are advised to verify their orders at the time of pickup or delivery.
Unclaimed orders may be discarded after a reasonable storage period.
Customers are prohibited from submitting materials that are illegal, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, or otherwise prohibited by law, including fake government documents, forged certificates, or materials violating intellectual property rights.
Rusma Photocopy Center's liability for any claim related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Prices for services may change without prior notice. Special printing requirements, including high-ink coverage, image-heavy documents, special paper, binding, laminating, or large-format printing, may incur additional charges.
Rusma Photocopy Center shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, government restrictions, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
