Understanding our exchange program for study materials
Exchange Offer means a service where you buy question banks, notes, and other study material and can exchange them later for different materials.
You can only exchange printed items like question banks and notes. Other types of goods cannot be exchanged.
Each item must have both our sponsorer's stamp (like from SastoKhoj, NepSeq) and the purchase date. Without both, the item cannot be exchanged.
Please return the item as soon as possible. The later you return it, the less credit you will get.
We do not give cash refunds. In rare approved cases, only 10% of the item's price will be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at any time, for any reason.
If nothing is available to exchange, you can write down your credit in the ledger for later use.
